ZTE MF61 4G Mobile Hotspot by T-Mobile Reviewed
Upfront costs for the MF61 mobile hotspot
To date, the MF61 is the lowest priced 4G mobile hotspot. The best way to measure the upfront costs is to look at the “No Contract” price. At a list price of $180, it’s the lowest 4G mobile hotspot offered by the “Big 4” wireless providers. At the time of this writing, the MF61 hotspot is available for under $120 from Amazon.com. It’s impossible to tell a devices “real cost” when it’s bought with a 2 year service contract. T-Mobile, like all other carriers, will offer the device at a much lower price, in the MG61’s case, an $80 list price with signed 2 year contract. Some retails will offer the MF61 FREE when signing up, by subsidizing the remaining $80 themselves.
