If a Wi-Fi mobile hotspot activates a Pre Plus on a 450 minutes call and text plan, it will eventually cost the user $129.99 per month ( which is $59.99 for the calling plan and $29.99 for the email and web data plan, along with the $40 Wi-Fi feature).
